I am a lifelong student of movement sharing my love of joyful somatic experiences with curious spirits of all ages. My teaching style is creative, flexible and intuitive. A class is a dialogue of moving bodies; a conversation that uses embodied self-study and social-emotional skills to strengthen both autonomy and connectedness within a community. I believe in movement as a form of love and a force for good.
